How do we grade each product?
Every product that is put through the rigorous examination is scored on five key production factors that affect the products carbon footprint, location produced, materials used, efficiency, durability, and quality. Each of the five tests has a scoring structure of 1-5 one being the lowest, five being the highest. After the product has been tested by all five tests, the final grades are added to find its total ECO- Grade. Products with final grades of 5-11 receive a RED mark; products with final grades of 12-18 receive a YELLOW mark; products with final grades of 19-25 receive a GREEN mark.
